Please visit your local shelter to see what you can do.  If you can't visit in person, check-it out on-line to find out how you can contribute through donations, or just by talking about
the animals that are there, waiting for adoption,
to your friends and family.
When you help build awareness of the needs of shelter animals you are helping to save lives.
It is also very important to help raise awareness of the necessity to spay/neuter pets so that we can reduce the population of unwanted, abandoned, and abused animals.
